Ftp

Hi,
We are trying to FTP to our new grid at 3tera, but we cant figure out how to do it. We are not able to reach the app server. Any help appreciated.

Joost,

Are you trying to access your application running on the grid or the grid itself?

If the former, check your firewall settings inside the appliance (I assume you are running in a GSC); also, prior to migrating from VPS, were you able to ftp to it? (i.e., is this a new problem or not)

If the latter (accessing the grid controller), see:

(note that you cannot use just ftp -- scp or sftp)
