Hello and welcome to the AppLogic community support forums!
Please post your questions, comments, suggestions, issues here. You can also search for comments from others who have come across similar issues -- you can use the search box in the upper-right corner (the search is provided by a Google custom search engine configured to search all 3Tera and AppLogic information sources -- the web site, the documentation, the forums, etc.)
The forums are regularly reviewed by 3Tera support engineers, developers and more, as well as many of our long-time, valuable partners and customers. Feel free to help others, suggest improvements, blast us when we screw up, and so on.
Unlike the helpdesk, the forums are free for all and, more importantly, are better for handling most non-trivial issues.
For urgent issues, please also use the helpdesk and/or the direct contact you may have with 3Tera.
