Hello,

We at 3tera are happy to announce the release of AppLogic 2.4.7 (http://doc.3tera.com/AppLogic24/ReleaseNotes-2-4-7.html).

Upon the very successful completion of our extended beta we have made the changes needed to create a full production system ready for even the most robust enterprise applications.

We give a great thanks to all of you that participated in the beta. It was your help that made it possible to fully test and stress the system in real life, real traffic scenarios.

The AppLogic 2.4.7 production release is mainly a bugfix release with some minor enhancements:

• The release contains 71 bug fixes that resolve various defects from previous AppLogic releases (also includes all previous AppLogic hotfixes)

o hvm2pv (http://doc.3tera.com/AppLogic24/RefHvm2Pv.html): used in conjunction with the iso2class utility to convert a Linux HVM-based appliance to PV-based (paravirtualized)

• The release now supports 50 appliances per server (AppLogic 2.4.5 and prior supported 40 appliances per server)
Note that this release is backwards compatible with all 2.1/2.3/2.4 installations, appliances and applications.

For those of you that did not join the beta program there are even greater changes in store for you!!!!!!!!!!!
