Decommissioning unused CPU Cores

May we know how can we decommission some unused CPU Cores and how long it will take to decommission.

If you want to reduce an application's use, just change the resources settings and restart the app.

If you want to remove whole servers from your grid, please contact your service provider -- in your case, it appears that it is Layered. Be sure to have emptied the server before it is removed (no appliances running on it, and all volumes remirrored elsewhere -- use "srv disable srvN", where srvN is the server you want removed; then do 'vol migrate'
