Hi,

Just thought of a few improvements:

- A button/toggle in the menu for an appliance to put it in standby - It's slow and unproductive to double click, then click standby and click okay. Just a single mouse click from the appliance right-click menu would be nice.

- Ability to do the above, for a group of selected appliances - So I can place a whole bunch in standby in one go i.e. When I'm testing an area of an application and I don't need some of the functions available - reduces startup time.

- Ability to group appliances, so I can drag them around as a logical component of my application.

Thanks,

Karl

Another one:

- Can we get some more colours for anotations please? The reason I ask, is that we use them to "group" areas of an application together. Better still, would be a hex colour picker (or just a box to enter hex colours).

Thanks, Karl.

BTW, regarding grouping appliances -- have you considered using assemblies (the best way to group appliances as an abstraction rather than just as a visual group)?

Yep, we have for some things, but at times all we really do need is some pretty visual grouping - customers like pretty pictures :)

Karl,

I know this was the simplest of the suggestions to implement -- but here it is -- AppLogic 2.4.7 has 10 different colors for the annotations.
