Peter asked me to post this to help avoid any potential problems with new 2.4.5 setup's.
On some dell servers you need to upgrade the bios to properly enable hardware virtualization. I've had to do this with 1950's and 2950's so far. Not all of them require this, just some running a certain bios version (I will update later with exact versions.) The bios will allow you to enable hardware virtualization but for some reason applogic doesn't see them as being hvm capable when trying to setup windows. Upgrading the bios has fixed this on every server I've had trouble with.
I will update this thread with any other anomalies I run across in the future with windows.
