Hi folks,
I'm rebuilding a large volume of a running app and it takes forever (there's nothing wrong; it's just a large volume). However, since I'm launching the "repair vol" command from the web console, I need to keep the browser window open. Is there a possibility to run the command in the background while closing the console? During an earlier repair attempt, my browser crashed and I had to start over. What if my Internet connection fails?
Long-running command become very brittle this way, is there a better way to do this (or is it possible to install "screen" on the Dashboard console ;) ?
cheers,
Erik
