Hotfix hf3562 for AppLogic 2.8.9
This hotfix resolves the following bugs, mostly related to memory leaks in the AppLogic GUI:
* 3546 - CPL: Application list proxy leaks memory
* 3547 - CPL: Limit the number of web shells that can be opened
* 3548 - CPL: Application proxy queries list of applications 20 times more often
* 3304 - CPL: Web shell: running a directory listing in a for loop for 5 minutes triggers a grid controller restart (OOM)
Hotfix hf3562 is an optional hotfix for AppLogic 2.8.9 and cannot be used with other versions of AppLogic. The hotfix replaces files on the grid controller. A grid reboot is not required for this hotfix. The hotfix takes affect immediately after it is installed on the grid.
The hotfix restarts the httpd service (Apache) on the grid controller, which may interrupt user sessions in the AppLogic GUI. As part of the hotfix installation, the hotfix prompts the maintainer to close all AppLogic GUI sessions before proceeding with the hotfix installation.
If this hotfix is installed on a grid and subsequently new servers are added, the hotfix does not need to be re-installed on the grid.
