Request help customer portal

Hi team,

I have a query regarding 3Tera Applogic.
1) Is there any customer portal for end customers where end users can provision appliances, monitor the load & utilization etc....
This customer portal will be provided by service providers to their customers...
2) is there any utility billing module in the software? so the customer utilization is monitored and reported accordingly...
