Sorry for the delay in responding.

Redhat is supported and many of our customers use it. We don't ship a ready appliance with Redhat - but you can easily build your own; we can help.

The load balancer supports session persistence - see the "mode" property at the HALB data sheet (http://doc.3tera.com/AppLogic27/CatSwitchesHalb.html) for the options currently available (several cookie-based modes and also source IP mode).
