We use Kerio as our mailserver, hosted in AppLogic. We're quite enthusiastic about it: it works well with Outlook, a web client, and our mobile phones (both over the web and with activesync similarly to Exchange.)

We have a Kerio appliance already created (quite basic) as well as a sample Kerio application. We're also a Kerio reseller.
