In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays in the US, 3tera will run a weekend schedule for the following days:
Christmas Holiday:
Thursday Dec 24th, 2009 through Sunday Dec 27th, 2009
New Year's Holiday:
Thursday Dec 31st, 2009 through Sunday Jan. 3rd 2010
During these times support will be available only on an emergency basis, by phone, 24/7 as per our usual weekend and holiday schedule.
