Can we I use Virtuozzo on Applogic VDS appliance ? Does Applogic support Virtuozzo containers on the VDS ?

Yes, this works. We don't provide it -- Virtuozzo is a licensed product and we do not distribute it -- but I do know for certain we have customers who run it inside VDS. It gives you automatic provisioning, mirrored storage, universal HA and many other goodies.
