How to install AppLogic

Hello

We just setup a test environment for AppLogic and copy all files into distribution server.After that I prepared to install applogic on the distribution server,but I don't know how to install it.I saw some instructs in the AppLogic Operations Manual (http://wiki.3tera.net/bin/view/AppLogic24/OpsManual#Installing_AppLogic).AppLogic Operations Manual refer to AppLogic can be installed with a single command -- simpler than installing OS on a server. but I don't know what single command it is.I am very anxious to get your help.

Unfortunately I cannot help you on this one, I am sure someone else can. I do not have access to the wiki as it is for licensees and partners only. I have seem mention of grid installation at http://www.3tera.com/Grid-Computing-University/gu301.php under Class: Data Center Architecture and Class: Grid Provisioning. I am not sure if that will help, I hope it does.

I hope you don't mind -- I consolidated your post and moved it to the grid maintainers' forum.

In the wiki topic you referred to, please search for the text "A sample grid installation command looks like this:" -- this is the command you can use to install AppLogic on your hardware (please replace the sample parameters such as grid name, grid ID and IP addresses/settings with your specific configuration). You can find additional instructions and links to more detailed documents (such as the distribution server reference manual) in your welcome kit and also in an appendix of your license agreement.

I have talked with your account manager here at 3Tera and have arranged for a support session to go over the hardware configuration and initial install together.
