Help with Win03 installation

Hi,

I followed the documentation for my win03 installation and when it got to the part on retrieving the Windows.msi from the controller, i do not see any msi file there.

Could i have missed out some step during the isntallation? Where else can i get a copy of the msi file?

Appreciate any help.

Alex, the Windows support is not installed by default on all grids, since it requires additionally licensed components. Please contact your 3Tera account rep to be able to obtain this capability.

VPDC service customers (public cloud customers) should contact their service provider; AppLogic licensees (those who provide public cloud services or those who run private clouds) should contact 3Tera directly or their reseller.
